Problem loading mods

i have been trying to mod ff7 for a while now and i just cant get it to work, after ive done everything on the tutorial and load the game nothing has changed,
i have tried reinstalling the game, following the steps again, making sure the paths for the .exe are correct ect and nothing has worked so far.

any ideas?

i would also double check the aali driver settings as well as (just to be sure) making sure the exe used is ff7.exe and not some variant of that. assuming you have already used the 7h converter of course.
