everytime i try to install it it goes to the instal screen (the one with midgar) but then it says this

I can hadly read that error but I'm guessing it's the 16bit Subsystem error.

Download the file below and run it, it should restore your autoexec.nt file. Then try again.

thanks ill try that, it shows up fine for me but ill post back and see if it works.

EDIT: umm your link just links to a line of directories, how do i run that?

It's supposed to copy the file "autoexec.nt" from

C:\windows\repair

into the folder

C:\windows\system32

.. so just do it manually.
