Problem With Cetra... Need Help

Ok so ive been following tons of these tutorials to get ff7music working,
im using
ficelib1.10
ff7music 1.1.0
cetra 0.2.0

and i noticed once it is all configured and ready to go ill double click my ff7.exe file to start the game yet nothing will happen. I beleive it is cetra causing this cause if i restore backup in cetra the game works fine(without the ff7music working)Its just once i re-apply the music.cetra patch where i run into problems. I cant find anyone else with this problem and if there is plz excuse me if there is... i jut wanna play some ff7 guys
im using Xp and i have downloadd the 1.02 patch

did you have to download these files to get 1.02 to work (GRU32.ZIP and glide.zip)

no i didnt.. and that is not the problem at hand for me

ok well i tried cetra again and i can get all the patches to work on the ff7.exe and it will run fine except for the music patch. it is that one tha is giving me troubles and i would love it if someone could set me on the right path

I found a different file that doesnt use cetra and its working fine!
