@_@ I just got this error at the start of disc 2. It says to call staff but I'd rather do that as a last resort only, any ideas?

Encount error? Is your game modified?(if pc version) When does it happen on disc 2? does it happen when you put in disc 2? Is your disc scratched? we need to know this information.

I believe the game is modified and it happens in the sleeping forest, although it might happen elswhere...I haven't been able to get further because after the fight finishes I end up outside of bone village.
Actually I went back to the area around Midgar to see if it happened in every encounter and it didn't. Could the battle data be messed up?

Are you alt + tabbing it before the battle?????

Otherwise, yes, your data is probably corrupt...search the forums too.

You should read the little comments under the forum description in the forum list before posting. You will notice tech-support for FF games is Game-Tweaking. :)
