There is a way to modify or switch some battle animation or there is a program to do it ?????

I think someone had stated that the animations are shared by multiple characters.  If you changed an animation it may look alright for one character, but it could be totally off for another.  I guess if you figured out how to create a new animation and assign it to a character that may work.  I'm not sure if that is possible.
