FF 8 Crash again ><"

on Balamb Garden, when im gonig to active the shield, the game crash...
I tried all resolutions and quarter screen but dont work here =/
if someone can pass this part for me...

I've had a similar problem before the ragnarok, i posted on the board a few days ago but no-one responded. Basically what you've missed is Squall turning on the machine, about 7 or 8 cutscenes of the garden lifting out of the ground and moving, barely avoiding balamb town and heading out to sea. Squall then wakes up and starts wondering and talking to himself about Seifer and Edea. Then Rinoa wakes him up and asks for a tour of the garden. That's where your save file is now. Both of these are the same file:
