is that possible to have Reno in the party?

It's not so hard to do .. it'd take some time to think about all the places that you have to change it and the video will still have cloud on them (or the party member that you change for him).  Maybe when I gonna have more times I'll do it ... but I don't know about the limits break though...

Limits are easy, don't replace the normal characters ??AB file.

Would it be posible to use some of his attacks he uses and make them into limit breaks?

and I would have to replace cait sith with him since they both work for shinra it would not relly mess with the storyline
