FF7 and Windows Vista

Hi. I'm trying to run Final Fantasy 7 on Windows Vista but it does not work properly. The movies won't play. If i skip the intial movies I get the main menu page (new/load) but when I click for a new game I get a black screen. I'm going Crazy. I installed all the patches I was using under WinXP.
Have you got the solution?
Thank you.

And people wonder why we get pissed off with newbies.
There is a button at the top of every page, it says "search". If you had used it, you would have found the topic on getting FF7 working on vista.

"The movies won't play" problem is also not Vista-specific and covered in the FF7 FAQ.

I used the 1.02 Patch, the Upside Down patch, and the 1280x960 patch. It generally works, but it crashes at random. Do you experience the same thing with Vista?
