where did vincents clothes come from?

viincent was shot by hojo when he was a turk before being experimented on, and i assume hojo wouldn't give a test subject a new set of clothes, so where did vincent get that set of clothes in the 30 years when he was in the coffin? this was bugging me for a while now.

 Lucrecia Crescent gave it to her is my theory. His chothes are similar to Vincent's father, who Lucrecia was apparently having an affair with before Hojo.

what of the incredible hulk then? his clothes are unscathed when returns to bruce banner, lol.
i just decided to post this as it was bothering me today and i was bored so i went "why not post it on qhimm?"
and a while in my book was about 6 minutes, lol.
