Is there a way to put seifer/laguana etc. in my party the whole game?

I mean in addittion to the 6 main guys I want to add seifer, laguana, kiros, ward, edea and maybe fujinn and rajin

As new characters?
No at this time. I don't even think it's possible to extract ff8 models now.

Oh. Sorry.
Well, then yeah with some sort of cheating device I'm sure it's possible. But only on the Playstation version.

Well, it's possible to change the FF8 characters battle appearances and limits if you use a save game editor to edit the data of who is what and what they have equipped, Griever can do it kinda, but a better editor that could get it more playable would be FF8CHE.
(although you have to put squall back in the team whenever the team would change which is about every 5 mins when the game starts, lol)
