Ok, so I was at the point where I was going to beging my first Chocobo Race (Where Barret kills Dyne, and in return permission to do the race), well everything was working out fine, and I did have FF7Music running too. Once the races began, I recieved an error message reporting FF7.exe generator errors, and would be force to shutdown. Well, I decided to redo everything but with FF7Music off. Still recieve the same error message when going into the Chocobo Race (And I did have the qhimm chocobo patch installed). Well this time I decided to use a clean FF7.exe, reinstall patch 1.02, apply chocobo patch, and them apply YAMP patch. From here, I did not touch FF7Music at all wondering if that was the problem. Started up from my save point, and got to the Chocobo Races. Success! I was able to do the race with no problem at all, and the speed was fine as well.
Do you guys believe the FF7Music is creating bugs in my FF7.exe? If it is, then I am kind of afraid to start using it again in hopes of another crash like this....Just in case, I have a backup for FF7.exe right now...
