Hello, I'm new here!
I already played FF7 once on my PC at home, but now that I'm in China my boyfriend installed it
on my laptop for me, with a special patch (for the numpad problem).
At first it worked just fine. No problems, all video's played just fine, no freezes, no nothing ...
But then (after already several hours of game play) when I tried starting the game again, it froze at
the - New Game - Continue ... menu. I can't select either one and I can't progress. And every every
single time it happens again. I don't understand why this is, since it worked just fine before, many times
at that too. I didn't do anything in particular that could explain this change.
I'm a bit of a computer nitwit. I don't know much about programming and such, but I thought
maybe I could get an answer here, or that you guys could at least point me in the right direction.
btw: I have two patches installed, the numpad patch for laptops and the XP patch
