Cosmo Canyon bug ? ? ? or crash? ? ?

I need a help...

When i play FFVII, I just reached Cosmo Canyon. When the shooting star scene (on observatory with bugenhagen) ends, the characters wont move, like a crash, but only the music is still playing...

Oh yeah, when i am trying to disable the AVIsplitter on K-Lite MCP, The game showing error message, i forget whati it says...

Please help me!! I want to play this game until the ends!!1

Hmmm... make sure you're using the default Windows AVI splitter, not just disabling every AVI splitter.
