Dissidia may very-well be described as the "easiest" FF games to reverse-engineer, primarily because they were on PSP and the data had to be nice and easy for the hardware.
(And can I add, perhaps they are perfect formats to learn the trade. Everything, from the textures to the vertex data is clearly in the open, so it is just a matter of recognising the subtle patterns distinct to the types of data they represent

DoC will
not be as easy, as it is likely based on FFX/FFX-2/FF-XII engine so its data will be much more difficult to understand.
But if any kindred-spirit would like to upload some sample model data files, then it might accellerate the process a little
