Hi, I have been following your work one time and I feel great. My FF7, so I've applied all that I could get one and I think enjoyed playing this game again that I had a little forgotten. I wish I knew extraction program to handle the processing and to implement my own modesl but I have no idea. A greeting and I will continue reading

To extract the models from the game you will need a program called BITURN.  It can convert the models into .3ds.
To put your models into the game you will need two programs. PCreator and Kimera

Also, your English is good enough to be understandable... if not also a little amusing
