So, I'm fairly new to modding, so let me go ahead and apologize if anything I state comes off as noobish, and or just stupid. Second off, let me thank all of you for creating such a masterpiece!
I recently just finished installing all needed components for Tifas Bootleg, everything seemed very simple and very easy to comprehend. Upon finishing the installation in it's entirety, I finally made it to the Bootloader Configuration app. I have followed the tutorial perfectly, and kept everything as suggested.
However, to my confusion and frustration, everytime I attempt to hit "Play FF7" the game gives me a pop-up saying fullscreen is unavailable, the game starts in a very small window with a cutscene from the FF7 tech demo, but if I click anything it moves to a red/black square, and freezes.
I have toyed many times with changing the settings, and a few times, I've gotten the game to get enter fullscreen, but it brings me to a glitchy New Game screen, and when I click new game, it just freezes on a black screen. ( I have attempted several times to run the game in Fullscreen on my native screen resolution, and the suggeted Internal Resoultion, as well, leaving the option to the default suggested option, with no resolve.)
So while looking through the forums, the tutorial and searching google for the past 3 hours, sadly I am unable to find any sort of fix.
Hopefully, I can get a resolution (no pun intended) from you wonderful folks here.
I am not sure if this helps at all, but my computer is a 64 Bit HP Envy with Windows 8, with a AMD A10-5745m APU Radeon HD 2.10 Ghz Processor, 6GB of Ram and a AMD Radeon HD 8610G video card.
Again, I apologize for my ignorance and lack of computer "savvyness".
