FF8: Problems installing mods with Tonberry Enhanced 2.04

As stated in the title, I'm having problems with installing mods using Tonberry. I've installed numerous mods (Seed Reborn, Tripod, Rebirth Flame, Project Eden, LunarCry and FF8 Controller Buttons), but practically nothing is happening. Literally the only difference I notice, is the updated title screen from Seed Reborn, otherwise, I'm not seeing any changes. Here's a few screenshots of what my folders are looking like:

Steam Overlay is turned off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like you're missing a lot of texture folders.  Are you sure you actually have the mods located in the correct place?

I've placed all the files in their respective folders. If that's what you mean, then they should be located in the right place. I checked to see if anything was missing by copying all the texture files into the textures folder again, but everything was already there. Do you know what files I'm missing?

One thing I noticed looking at your first screenshot is contents for SweetFX. I thought I've read something about Tonberry and SweetFX not being able to work with each other? Could that be causing any issues?

I also had that idea and removed it, didn't change anything, though.
