HELP!!!!! can't find mods

OK, first, i have no clue what i am doing, that being said, i need help. so for some reason I cannot get mods to show up to download. i press the "check subscription now" button, but there's no catalog updating sign that pops up, i read that i need to press search to refresh but still, nothing pops up, what should i be doing?

Once you admin open 7th Heaven, click on Workshop, then click on settings.
