Ficedula has an app that lets you do this.  However, his site seems to be down at the moment so I cannot give you a direct link.  And I dunno how well this works, as I have never tried it myself.

hmmm, ok

i didn't realize you need a separate file....i thought i could time something like a line of code to tell it to do  this
