FF7 Movie Help

I am having problem with the games movies. When I start the game it skips the eidos logo and the square logo movie and takes me stright to the menu selection. I would also like to mention that I have the FF xp Patch installed. I tried to find the upside down movie patch but all i got was dead links   . Can you guyz/girls help me out plzzz  :weep:

The FF7 FAQ has a working link to the upside-down movie patch, and also has a link to the reason why you shouldn't use the "FF7 XP patch" but the 1.02 patch + Chocobo patch instead.

Can you please help me?
I've downloaded the patch but I get this error:

Can't run 16-bit Windows program
Cannot find file C:\DOCUME~1\Glen\MYDOCU~1\ff7beta~1.exe (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are availible.

I adjusted my windows to 16-bit mode and I checked the location and it was there.  Anything else that could be wrong with this?
