Crash in corel prison

Hey, my game keeps crashing in the beggining of the scene where Barret and Dyne come back from the reactor. Is there anyway to just bypass that one scene to get past it?

How often does it crash? I say this because mine began to crash after that incident quite often. It only happened during my time in the prison, so I got out of there as quick as I could. I still managed to train, but I'd save the game a lot more. If it did freeze, I just started the game up again and continued where I left off. I kept advancing and finally left via chocobo race.

I did keep trying... It always crashes in the same spot of the game.

Oh, I see.

I can't remember well and I'll look into it, but there was something about Dyne and there being a glitch or bug. I'll check it out and get back to you if someone doesn't solve your problem before then.

I'm also pretty sure there is some way you can give someone your saved file and they can load it up on their FF7 and play though, then send it back to you once they save past that point. I'm not sure how you'd go about that though.

It's probable crashing when they get their arms shot off. There is a movie that plays at that point....I can't say what movie it is, without going thru them myself....and I don't have FF7PC at hand right now.

But most likely, if mediaplayer won't play that movie...the disk is scratched. You can do the copy movies to harddrive trick, that is instructed as Eidos support, and then substitute that movie for another one. I'm not sure if it will work being that the 3d models are inserted into that movie...but I'm pretty sure it will work.
