Game Crashing in Forgotten Capital (b4 jenova life)

Hi.
MY game crashes when cloud almost kills aeris by accident in the forgotten capital. It looks like it will lead to a cutscene, but the game fades to black and  a sound repeats. Tried searching for my problem here but couldn't find anything

I have the pc version. My pc specs are
2.8 ghz P4
512 RAM
9800 Radeon

i read that turning off the music can help most cutscene errors(which i think this one is) but i dont know where i can turn the music off (in the game it says my music is not supported but it plays music just fine)

if anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it

In the FF7 config utility.

also, post your save game, someone might be nice enough to get you thru it....

I would but my old pc that runs FF7 is in peices atm
