Author Topic: FF7w some option didnt work well with my FF7 (Read 7629 times)

it working properly, but the problem is Cheat Plugin is affecting FF7 badly, i loaded my game save then it hanging there then the arrow appear, not the hand, no background, no cloud, just blank black screen with white arrow on the middle of the screen then it closed FF7.

without Cheat Plugin, it working fine.

I already reinstall FF7 because FF7w is not working. SO i uninstall FF7 and reinstall FF7, my FF7 Config is still 1.00 (to be safe) then i loaded FFw, then it work fine without Cheat Plugin. and my OS is Xp if anyone need to know that

Why Cheat Plugin is affecting FF7 badly?

(if anyone must know, i havent patched Cetra yet, i already removed Cetra .dll and it files before reinstall FF7)

The cheat plugin only supports 1.02 as stated in the Readme.

i just patched it.. now Cheat Plugin is working, but Windowed Patch is not working, it open into windowed fine but it not "loading" FF7, it just hang there, i lost control of my keyboard and my mouse, so i have to Crtl-Alt-Delete and ended the process of FF7.exe, and use Cheat Plugin only

And yes, i use Cetra patched but i already made Cetra to restore the original one. but when Cetra do that, it said "File not found" but it already restored the file fine

a feedback for your FF7w, when i use FF7w in FF7, it somehow skipped the gameplay. I am in Shinra building after Aeris and Red 13, after that i suppose to go to different building but Turk set a trap. when i went up cuz turk told me to, then after that, i saw NOBODY in the room, no lineup as it suppose to, so i went downstair to see what going on, when i went downstiar, i saw everyone killed by Jenova, but there is no blood trails, no president stabbed by Sephy on his desk, no Rufus arriving to Shinra as it suppose to

that sound like FF7w skipped the gameplay....... maybe you should look at your FF7w and wondering why it skipping the gameplay

Mmm, I see well thanx for the info, I may debug that tomorrow, as a quick fix just disable the Cheat Plugin to pass this, save just before the event. Also a Save File would be nice.

UPDATE: Download FF7w again.. There was a debug patch I forgot to remove

, it wont skip any gameplay from now own.

CHeat Plugin is not working. The Save is geryed out, i already have it enabled and it still geryed out. my COnfig is 1.02 if you need to know, maybe someone should try FF7w and check if Cheat Plugin is working, mine is not

Problem Solved! Stupid "Get out of the Save Point" Routine

, download FF7w again hopefully this will be the last fix.

bulk..... bad news............ it skipped the gameplay again

but i can live without FF7w

WTF!!! I just tested it with the KeyStone and it didnt skip

If you provide me with a SaveFile maybe I will be able to fix that.
