yerterday i installed many patches and in the end only it obtains, the game run very slow, i uninstalled the game and the patches, i intaled the game and patches again, but don't work
(the patch ff7betap i don't know like unistall it

heh.

The ff7u patchpack is kinda redundant, since all it is is a zip with the 1.02, chocobo, and "upside down movies" (ff7betap1) patches. I should know, i compiled it, lol.

When doing patches, you need to take it one step at a time. First, install the game with no pathces. Get it working as best you can. Then, apply the 1.02 patch, and again, get that working correctly. then you can apply ff7music and the high-res patcher.

I'm not sure if it is possible to implement that in FF7, but here's my idea:

During bilinear interpolation, check if one of the 4 source pixels is 100% transparent, and make the destination pixel 100% transparent, too, otherwise continue with default color calculation for the destination pixel.

When writing software interpolation, this should be no problem, however, I don't know if it is possible to implement that i hardware mode...?
