That is really weird it seems to be twisting the ff7 storyline hojo is alive....

I thought the video showed the confrontation you (the player) have against Hojo in FF7.  Two years after the game comes the events of Advent Children.  A year later, the events in Dirge of Cerberus take place.

Hojo confrontation, 3 years pass, which leads to the Dirge of Cerberus intro.

The intro is after the meteor then goes three years forward.

The first thing you see in the video is Meteor in the sky.

But it still makes no sense. Why would Yuffie and Vincent go into midgar and save lives (including Rufus') and not mention it in FF7. Plus when did they go there, they were in our team all the time there is no way they could have gone without anyone realizing they weren't there?

According to Dirge of Cerberus, you're supposed to have them with you.
Just wait till the game comes out, and you'll see that I'm somewhat *correct*.
