Use omega to extract them but use textool to put them back inside :) and the image must be 8 bit remember that. If you dont know how to change an image in a 256 color image, or youre program doesnt support that function, just save the image in .gif format (that is an 8 bit type image) and then reopen the gif file and save it as a .bmp image. That's all!

New problem.
1. With the help of LGP Tools, i extracted usfont_a_h from menu_us archive.
2. Then, with the help of Omega i chandge format usfont_a_h from tex to bmp.
3. Then i redrew fonts.
4. Then with program textool change format usfont_a_h back in tex.
5. Put back to menu_us.
---Starting the game. Fonts became normal, but they are black.  :-P

maybe you need to change the fonts to every image of that kind. If you see, there are several us_font. Maybe you must change them all. I never tried to change fonts so i dont know :)
