Kimera Problems

Hi,
well im having some problems with Kimera, i can't change the colour of any of the .p files, and i have no idea why, i dont know if its my Kimera, or if its just something im doing wrong.
Im using Vista, so maybe thats the problem?
anyways, thanks for any of the help i get, and just so you know i have searched the forum ALOT, and still cant find an answer to my question... maybe i just didnt see the topic.. but as i said any help is apreciated.

That sounds strange Shadz.
What are you trying to do exactly? Are you using the paint bucket tool or are you changing the pallete in the palletized mode?

well tbh, im a complete and uter Noob at this, but so far im trying to use the paint bucket tool, and nothing happens at all... any tutorials or anything would be greatly appreciated, all the links ive tried in different topics are all just completly dead...

When suposedly when the paint bucket is selected the color of the polygon you click at should be replaced with the selected color. If it doesn't work, I guess you found a new bug (as if there weren't enough...). What version of Kimera are you using and what model are you working on?

on mine all it ses is      component comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependancesies is not corectly registerd a file missing or invalid


i dont no what it means iv got that file it sese i even downloaded that file agen from the first page there is a link still dont work??

i also have windows vista i realised it would not work unless i run it as administrator

Hi guys sorry to ask, but i usually use kimera in xp but for techincal problems i'm now running a windows vista on another pc and when i open up kimera it works but i cant select a part of a model to edit. I mean even if i click on a part it cant be selected, and then worked, can you guys help me to understand this problem?
I posted hear because it is related to kimera itself.
