no one could make a model with the head of the Kula and the body of cloud APZ?? (sorry for my bad english)

I already did what you are asking for and trust me Cloud doesn't look right because the texture of the skin of Kula's head is more white to be combined with the texture of Apz body.

Why would you want to do that anyway? The styles are very similar, yet each one is crafted to go with the rest of the body for that particular model. Switching the heads would be pointless hassle, in my opinion.
If you still really want to do it, though, You'd have to rename the texture for one of the models to RTAD (provided you haven't got millenias weapons installed) and then use kimera to set a different texture ID for the head part

I already did that and the sleeve thing really not working with the soldier uniform of cloud. Depends on what you want your model to look like. :)

I can try but the problem remains the head

I can try but the problem remains the head
I'm practicing using Adobe PhotoShop. Try that and its not so hard once you get used to it and you can match the textures by brushing the exact color of the texture of the other head so that it is similar with the hands. Not sure if brushing is the only option since I'm just a noob at texturing.
