Yes you receive a work in progress version that has been in perpetual development while FF7 and 9 have well established complete mods free of charge. Even FFNx has barebones support for FF8 and none at all for FF8R. This game is cursed.

I got the Angelwing mod, paid for it, but I have a lot of crashes (on disk 2, on the disk 1 I had none).
Is there something I can do about it. I know it's thos mod which make me freeze and crash the game .. I would play without it but now that I'm used to clear background... ^^"

Anyone else noticing major stuttering when using angelwing? I'm right at the beginning of the game, but anywhere in fire cavern and most of balamb town are very stuttery. I have tried patching the exe with 4gb patch and that made no difference. My comps specs are just fine:

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
16GB DDR4 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6GB
2TB SSD

Guys sorry for the reply but i buy the remastered version and download all the mods, even followed 2 tutorials to how install them (drag all textures files to DEMASTER_EXP folder, after used the demaster tool), but only the main menu changes Ç_Ç
Inside the garden, out side still the same.

Alright So I figured out...

If you download the newest Demaster version, It does not contain all of the files needed that are included in the old Demaster version. You need Demaster Version 1.3.3 - Install that first while doing the initial file installs, But then after you get all of the textures / mods installed... The new Demaster Version 1.3.5 has the single new DLL that fixes the desert prison crash / hang up part. You just take the new Demaster.DLL and put in in the base FF8 Folder after everything is installed and you should be good.

In Short

When installing you need to...
Install Demaster Version 1.3.3 FIRST (has all the files)
Then Download Demaster Version 1.3.5(single DLL FILE that goes in main FF directory)
This fixes desert prison crash.

All these mods look fantastic and really change the game up!
But do you know if the "MagicUpscaled v1.0" mod has an equivalent for the FF8 Remastered  ? Visually, this is the only drawback of this remastered version compared to the original (modded).
