Game crashes In Cloud's Inner mind

It happens after Tifa explains to cloud that he wasn't in Nibelheim 5 years ago. RIght after you talk to the cloud of the left and Tifa finishes talking and the movie "zmind02" is about to play.

I've tried replacing zmind02 with another movie file

I have both chocobo and 1.02 patch

Can anyone please help?

Where did you get the chocobo patch??? The only reason I am asking is that there are bad versions. Qhimm's is the only good one I know of at this point.

Try basic sound accelertaion
type dxdiag in the run... in the Start button of windows
and go to the sound tab.

Oh it worked on the other computer.. so i transfered the saves. But i DID get my chocobo patch from here.  Anyways, if it happens again, I'll post again! thanks
