FF7 crashes on PC (contains some spoilers)

So, FF7 crashes on PC before I go to Shinra's Mansion in Nibelheim or smth (Cloud's hometown). It's not the city you see in Cloud's flashback, but the real city, where are some men with black coats and they mumble about Sephiroth and everyone in town says, that I'm lying about city burned down. So, I go to Shinra's Mansion, 2nd floor and then I go down the spiral stairs, into somekinda cave. Eventually I get to the room, where there are a lot of books. But when I wanna go into hallway, that leads to last room, then it crashes. I guess somekinda FMV should play there, because Barret and Tifa "go out of my body". But it crashes and sends to desktop.

Sorry, if this post has been already made with solution, but I didn't want to search, because I may run into spoilers. You know, I haven't finished this game before. Thanks in advance.

Btw, Spell Check button doesn't work for me.

It might be a level problem, just extract your flevel LGP into your field folder again that should work.

Mmm, no, no movies play at that point.  it's at that point where Cloud walks deeper into the library and finds Sephiroth, so it's definitely the field file not loading
