I don't think its possible to add a new bone. Only parts but not bone. Not sure though if someone has done it.

I'm trying to add First Tsurugi as a part but it only messes the other part of the bone...

It does not mess with the other part of the bone. I've done it myself and I'm sure many people have done it too. No need to add a new bone and even if you want to add a new bone its not possible.

I mean with fixing the position and that... the rotation and resize commands of the left side ain't working with it.

It works. Click the sword and when the lines around it are green you can resize it. Here's proof and I've done it myself. Just do it and you will learn it.

Now the screen I took is big enough for you to see. Now he looks like your avatar. Kimera is built to be used for not so expert users like me so you can use it well. The interface is simple and the resize and rotate are simple. The repositioning is simple so no other programs is needed.

I get those too but they are random. That's why I always save after doing some parts then modify it again. Try using an older version like .93 or like me I'm using both 0.91 and 0.93.
