I am loving this Type B mode so much but is there a way to still use the program Wallmarket? I normally edit the buster sword throughout my playthrough because its my favorite model sword but it seems the New Threat mod overwrites it back to the mods normal stats for the buster sword. Is there any way around this?

7th Heaven / Re: ff7_bc.exe disappeared
« on: 2018-10-27 02:00:16 »
Thanks for your reply. I have figured it out. My antivirus protection program saw the exe. As a threat and removed it initially and when I would patch the game again. I noticed have the game converter confirmed the disc drive it would write a small message that said "access denied" before proceeding like normal. When I turned off my protection program and ran the converter again it all worked.

7th Heaven / ff7_bc.exe disappeared
« on: 2018-10-23 04:36:37 »
The game was working fine with my 7th heaven mods. opened 7th heaven today to a popup message saying ff7_bc.exe cannot be found and to select a new path. I check and it was indeed gone, so I ran the game converter again and the exe file is not being produced. please advise.

Alright I will try this tonight and see. I have an awesome Zack model that I wish to replace cait with and sephiroth with vincent eventually if I can find a good model. I'll probably post a video on youtube to help other lost noobs like me get a hang of the basics.

I dont mean to thread jack but my question is in relation to the op's question. how would you go about swapping character models do you just rename each file? as some battle models have more parts to them then others.

I got it to work. I renamed the file and started from the beginning and it worked i believe it probably the _ mark that wasn't letting it work. thanks for the help.

I will try this as soon as I get the chance and let you know, thank you.

I am having trouble repacking my battle files back into an lgp file. I used unlgp to extract my lgp just fine but i can't for the life of me figure out how to put it back together. So i searched on here and google and find this helpful post.

"Make a folder on your desktop called Aali and save the lgp.exe and unlgp.exe in it.
Go to C:\Program Files\Square Soft, Inc\Final Fantasy VII\data\battle and copy the battle.lgp to the folder on your desktop.
Open a CMD window and type in "cd Desktop\Aali" and press enter. (without quotes)
Type in "unlgp battle.lgp" (without quotes)
Make a new folder called battle.
Copy ALL the files you just extracted (not the .lgp files or the lgp/unlgp, only the files that were extracted (it's usually around 11140 files and are usually four letter words)) into the battle folder.
Copy and paste whatever files into the battle folder and be sure to overwrite them.
Open the CMD window again and type in "cd Desktop\Aali" to get to the folder again. (without quotes)
Type in "lgp battle new_battle.lgp" (without quotes)
Wait until it is finished then backup your battle.lgp in your Final Fantasy VII\data folder. This can be done by renaming the battle.lgp file to backup_battle.lgp.
Once it's backed up, rename new_battle.lgp to battle.lgp and move it to Final Fantasy VII\data."

But when I get to the last part: Type in "lgp battle new_battle.lgp" I get a prompt from cmd saying "lgp" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

Can anyone help me out please just 2 seconds of your knowledge would really make my day.

Yeah I missed that in the title, my mistake. It is very nice work you did either way.
