Sorry, did I get the right file? The one in Google Drive. In 7th Heaven it says it's the 1.0 version, not anymore 1.2. Is it correct?

Oh Great! Is it downloaded automatically by 7th Heaven? I didn't see any download/update as I closed and exit the program.

Thanks for checking! I still have to get W-Magic and W-Summon, I'll be sure not to check them without saving my game first.

Is there a way to access this hext file so I could fix it?

About a crash I'm having when trying to go over the W-Item/Multioggetto Materia.
After a bit of testing, I discovered that if I disable the Italian Retranslation's Texture Mod, the game no longer crashes and I can select the Multioggetto Materia.
Since disabling this mod messes up some of the dialogue boxes, for the time being I put the Materia on a character I'm not using and then re-enabled your mod.
This is the error log I got.
Do you know any other fix for this?

Hello again.

I'm writing again on this Topic as I'm getting the same error shown in the picture above with the same mods I'm using (plus Caledor Italian HD Texture), just on a different situation.

I'm near the end of Part 2 and in the tunnel I got the W-Item Materia. But when I go to the Materia screen to equip it, when I scroll down, I'm one Materia close to the W-Item one and when I press Down to select it, I get that "Oops" error.

The APP Log is empty, but I'm reading something on the FFNx Log, that I don't understand. I'll post the last few lines of the document, in case anyone has any idea on what's happening. I can post more lines if needed.
So far I could only solve this issue by playing without mods. Or I should either put the Materia to the very botton and not use it... and remember not to sort the Materia list...

So if I disable the Enanched Stock UI mod and leave on only your Italian High Res Texture IRO, will I remain at 99 hours of max possible playtime in the game menu? Sorry if I didn't understand!

Hi Caledor.

I'm using your italian translation with 7th Heaven. I'm loving it. I wanted to ask you, when you changed the User Interface, by chance did you also rise the max playtime after 99 hours? I'm using your High Res Texture IRO, but if I try to use the Enhanced stock UI mod (that rises max playtime from 99 to 999 hours) it's creating a conflict.

There is no specific option its just automatically enabled when the mod is on.


Which translation mod are you using?

It's Caledor Italian translation mod.

My mod ESUI will adjust the max hours that can be displayed, there is also other menu mods but I am not sure if they do it as well.


I see, thanks! But which option does activate this? I downloaded "Enhanced Stock UI-rel2" but I can't find an option for the clock. Also, I cannot activate all those UI mods as they're creating a conflict with the translation mod.
Which option exactly is for rising the max playtime hours of the clock?

Thank you for answering, Chrysalis. Just a couple of hours ago, I found a solution! I'll post it here in case someone else will run into this problem.

I had to turn OFF the Resize Project in Field Models. I liked that mod, it made characters look better. I hope they'll improve it one day to solve this issue, as it's really a beautiful mod. I think it crashed during the Shinra HQ because when

[SOLVED! The solution was to turn OFF the Resize Project in Field Models.]

I apologize for opening a new topic for this, I didn't want to resume very old threads.
After 10 hours of great gameplay and being very emotional for playing this game after over 20 years in such beautiful new graphics thanks to 7th Heaven, I keep getting this error while in the Shinra Building.



After my party members

break from jail cells, I speak to Tifa and I should regain control of Cloud, Tifa and Aerith
, but that doesn't happen and the game crashes.
A new file appeared in the Save folder called "crash.ff7", but I don't know what I should do with that.
I've the Steam version, but 7th Heaven (I've the latest version) created a copy of the game in the "Games" folder.

There, the APP.log file is empty, so I don't know how I could post more details.

I read that this error usually happened when launching the game and that you could fix it by having all ten save blocks with at least 1 save file in them. I tried that, but it didn't fix it.

I know it's very limited info, but anyone here has any idea what could cause this? I don't understand why it happens only at that point in the Shinra HQ... I was having a blast playing the game with the mods.

Good morning.

I'm trying to run this mod. I've the Steam game.
I can't seem to install the Field Texture mod of 7.3GB. I thought it took this long because of file size, but now it's been 5 hours that it's listed as "In queue..." after I downloaded it with the client.
Anyone knows how to solve this issue? I would love to use the Field Texture mod.

Additionally, what is that mod that allows to extend max playtime from 99 to 999 hours?

As a last question, I'm playing in 16:9 but this makes 2 black borders appear up and down on the screen. Is there a way to remove them?

Good morning.

I've just registered to the forum.
I'm totally new to game modding. I bought the discounted FFVII Steam version a couple of days ago and would love to play the game with this SYW mod.

I followed the instructions and installed it, but when I start the game, after the first cutscene where I control Cloud, when I open the Menu and browse it, and also during battle, I get a huge glitch of the screen sort of "breaking apart", and it keeps on tearing like that. Like this big black triangle flashing and tearing the game screen in two.
I took a screenshot to show, but for some reason the screenshot looks OK!

I've the default options active on the launcher. I tried to disable some, but nothing changes.
I've Windows 7 on this laptop of 5 years ago.

Anyone here ever had this problem before?
Thanks if anyone has any idea. I'd really love to play with this mod.
