[PC] HobbitInstaller for FF8

Hi all. I worked on an installer and a mod manager for FF8. I focused for the moment on the 2013 version and FFNx, but it can become way more if you are interested !
You can find it here https://github.com/HobbitDur/HobbitInstaller/releases/download/0.0.1/HobbitInstaller-0.0.1.zip
You just need to put the .exe and the folder that manage the version of the mod directly in your FF8 folder, and double click on it, and here you go !

In the folder you have a mod_to_be_installed.txt, that list all mod that have been tested with this package manager.  If you don't want to modify your data files and kernel.bin, please remove my gameplay mod (HobbitGameplayMod).
For the moment I tested with FFNx, FFNxFF8Music from @myst6re and my own.

In the futur I will add many more if you like it. Could be the reference for all mods !

Next version https://github.com/HobbitDur/HobbitInstaller/releases/tag/0.0.3 available ! It adds LunarCry, Battlefield and Tripod with FFNX. Thanks a lot to @mcindus for allowing me to add them to the mod pool !
Also added the https://github.com/julianxhokaxhiu/FF78Launcher from @julianxhokaxhiu which allow to skip the two click on the two launcher.
Don't hesitate to try it, it is fast and easy to use.
