[PC] HobbitInstaller: Mod installer for FF8 2013 steam version

Hi all. I worked on an installer and a mod manager for FF8. I focused for the moment on the 2013 version and FFNx, but it can become way more if you are interested !

You just need to put the .exe and the folder that manage the version of the mod directly in your FF8 folder, and double click on it, and here you go !

You can select which mod you want with a **GUI** !

In the futur I will add many more if you like it. Could be the reference for all mods !

- Will it works for remaster ?
Sorry, it is for the 2013 steam version for the moment, as @mcindus  is working on an installer for remaster. But the idea is that my mod manager handle his installer and way more ! It will be like an "hyper-installer".
- Does it works on linux ?

Next version https://github.com/HobbitDur/HobbitInstaller/releases/tag/0.0.3 available ! It adds LunarCry, Battlefield and Tripod with FFNX. Thanks a lot to @mcindus for allowing me to add them to the mod pool !
Also added the https://github.com/julianxhokaxhiu/FF78Launcher from @julianxhokaxhiu which allow to skip the two click on the two launcher.

Modified the presentation and added version 0.0.9 with ragnarok mod added and tested for steam deck !
