Even though you didn't even say what the problem was, that log file clearly says Direct3D/DirectDraw and never mentions OpenGL, which means the driver failed to load. In this case, APP.LOG is useless to diagnose your problem and this is probably just another virtualstore/permissions issue. (Because you are using Vista, aren't you? You should always state which OS you are running when reporting a problem like this)

I already sai that i'm running vista sp2 in an earlier post. I keep UAC disabled all the time, so i don't think it's that kind of problem ihmo

Yes i did, i tried various combination of options but the output it's always the same, like the basic 640x480 software render

I installed the drivers, and i can't see any change even if i edit the cfg file and re add the reg file. I tried 640x480 windowed and it still runs in fullscreen

I downloaded the movies and disabled xvid codec in ffdshow. I have also installed the costum graphic drivers but when i start a new game, the game jumps to the end of fmv with a black screen, it seems it skip the video. Any solutions?

Wind Materia: Aero, Aera, Aeraga
Water Materia: Water, Watera, Wateraga
Booster Materia: Increase AP gained by different percentages as materia level increases.

I suggest Aero, Aerora, Aeroga and Idro, Idrora, Idroga

I run the game like administrator, i can't make portable ff7 because of movies, game can't find them for every directory i try

I installed FF7 on vista 32 bit with the movies played from my hard drive and it worked. Now i have 64bit edition, it seems that the game cannot find the movies... When i press ctrl-q i can see the quit window and with ctrl-s i can jump fmv and let the game continue, but i would like to resolve the problem... any ideas or suggestions, or have I to add some details?

Stupid question, does field.lgp contains dialogues? I have the cetramod patch http://www.cetramod.it/home.php that transalte dialogues in italian and i would like to know if this patch overwrites them.
