If you have problems, go ahead and blame it on Troll. If you got hacked, blame it on Troll. If you murdered someone, and don't want to get in trouble... don't blame it on Troll because I don't want to go to jail. I'll try not to be too much of an annoyance, I just thought it would be fun for a fake Troll to appear in the absence of a real one.
