I only know him from hearing from those who hate him, but he seems to be some untalented, clean-cut manufactured teen pop sensation that the media and 13-year-old girls fawn over. His extremely young facial features and high-pitched voice make me believe that his balls have not dropped yet.

I dislike more the people that buy this kind of sh**, than Justin Bieber himself. After all, the guy is right in taking the money from idiots who buy his "music" and stuff. The people who hate Justin Bieber (or any "successful" clean-cut manufactured teen pop sensation, as KM says) are often jealous people who would act the same as him if they had the possibility (= easy $$$).

When people hate celebrities, they often don't hate the person themselves; they hate the "image" of that person, the character that person plays in the theatre of celebrity life. Justin Bieber, the teen heartthrob is different from Justin Bieber, the kid who hit puberty late and who is playing the role that his agents (and maybe his parents) are forcing him to play in order to get money.

The public doesn't know the latter person, but we do know the former. And he's a twat.
