Uhhh, just to let you know. The Nazi one is kind of in poor taste. Not so much as it makes the Nazis "cute", but Josef Mengele was an actual real person who preformed sadistic medical experiments to Jews in concentration camps. The scalpels as hair ties is kind of... gross.
And it therefore shows how far rule 63 can be taken...
There's rule 63 on Hitler, of course, but that's not really remarkable, seeing as he's the first choice for people wishing to make inappropriate jokes and such. I suppose having it on Mengele is more interesting because, unlike Hitler, he hasn't become such a staple of comedy that he's become less "edgy".
