Final Fantasy X still hasn't come out in Europe, I think I'm going to lose control soon

PS WHOOHOO they've released FFVI in europe OK I think I can wait a bit longer then.

Is this the actual thing (SNES), or just the PSX version?

It's the PSX version but it never came out in England

PS When is FFX coming out (I got a demo of it with FF6 and it is Great)

According to FFonline.com, FFX is coming to Europe in Quarter 2 of 2002. That's around summer or so. Sorry. :erm:

A question. How can FF6 come with a demo of ff10 when ff10 is a PS2 title and FF6 is a PS1 title?

Yeah, we do suck for games. PAL games are pointless, if the whole world were NTSC... Download it for the SNES, easier, saves money, downlaod FMVs.

maybe is on it's own seperate cd than from chrono trigger. and the ffx preview is a ps2 disc. either thator he has a cd with a movie preview (no one said it was a playable demo) on it

IMHO I hate european ver. games for some reasons.... they're not as cool as US versions. And games like FF takes a looong time to reach UK.

Yes. I agree with that. But there are other reasons as well. The packaging of the games are crap; this is proven when my Diablo II's(US version) box looks awesome (and the manual was great too), UK's D2 LOD was crap in terms of design (the box!). -_-
Well. Not only that. Games like Tribes2 as well.... I bought the US version.... and I must admit the box looks much better than UK's.
And I heard that FFVIII EU version is toned down or some sort?.... oh man.......

And that is the very good reason that I will never buy a Pal console again. Also there's the price issue, I mean the gamecube is around the same price if you import it as the UK price, but the Xbox works out much cheaper on import, why is it that if I can import it from a company that charges its fees on top of the console import it and pay taxes, that the company itse;f can't provide it here cheaper.

Here is an Idea! Buy an NTSC console and get a NTSC to PAL converter. Then import your games. Oh yeah, don't UK games run on US playstations? I thought they did... After all, that whole modchip thing lets us play imports (I don't have one). I thought Japan had PAL. It makes you wonder...

I thought Japan used NTSC (60 fps)? I dunno if US PSX's (or other consoles) can play PAL games, but I've never tried myself. They CAN play Japanese games (if they have a MOD chip or whatever).

Oh yea I'll add to the origenal subject. Its taking so long becuase Square are so busy translating the games to other lanuages!

Why they cant just release the lanuage versions as they are ready is beyond me! Thats how it is with many games! Square are begginging to annoy me!

I heard about three different psx types. One is the Japanese model, which I heard can play all psx titles, the US model, which can play US and the international model, and :laugh: the international model, which :laugh: only plays international titles. But maybe you can get a US playstation and use an RGB cable. Oh yeah, does anyone know what they change when they port games other than the language? I mean, on FF8, when have there ever been hot dogs in Japan?
