PCI-E SSDs: 1.4GB/s write speeds

Goddammit, I want one of these. It makes me wonder whether traditional SSDs are going to become obsolete just as they become affordable.

On a related note: is it me, or did SSD and DDR3 RAM prices both plummet recently?

I've known about them for a while, but this was the first time I've seen them on sale and the first time I'd seen such high read/write speeds. Mind you, I haven't really been looking at component prices much since I built my last PC...

Or you could start selling the Team Avalanche patch; I'm sure there are plenty of suckersgood honest people who would pay a lot of money about it. Just don't tell Squeenix.
