hello I have a problem with ff7 I try to improve the quality of video but unfortunately the video in the game on a 60 fps
Media player reads well at 15 fps
it did that only with custom opengl

Yes actually!  On Tuesdays it is possible to 60fps! Nice find!

I put the video in 800x600 since the psx version and add some sharpening filters for pc

Umm... This isn't better at all. You just took the original video and stretched it to the wrong aspect ratio. Now the characters look stretched, and it won't line up properly if you put it back into the game.

The first one already has a complete set of upgraded HD videos, and the second one is working on even better. That last picture you posted is certainly an improvement, but I don't think it can compete with some of the advanced upscaling that these guys are using.
