Supernova as a materia/limit break?

Hey all me again and this time iv got a new question for the awesome people of these forums. A while back i saw a youtube video where someone had modified supernova so cloud could use it like any other magic via a custom materia now my question is how could this be done? and is it possible to make supernova into a limit break that septhy can use?.

It seems to be to be asked very frequently indeed, and I've lost count of the number of times it has had to be explained to people that it can only work in very specific situations (ie. on the swirling clouds background).

Of course, having the question in the FAQ board won't stop people from continuing to ask it...
