ff7.exe has stopped working

after i installed that game and all of the mods in this list http://fem1.uniag.sk/Miroslav.Jezik/ff7ncopam.html.  i try to run the game and every time i get the "ff7.exe has stopped working" error.  ive went through all of the links found in the instructions to no avail.  Im running Win7 64bit.  Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
