fans remake ff7 opening train scene with unreal

any thoughts on the possibility of ff7 been redesigned completely with the unreal game engine (made games like gears of war, silent hill downpour, mass effect and many more) i think its a pretty good engine to use and i like the idea of it i was goin to attempt it myself but then i saw this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ec7k0XkUCm0 there i demo out there for it might give it a try
