Bootleg no music (suggestions for best fix)
« on: 2012-05-25 02:44:56 »
everything installs and runs fine but there is no music that plays no matter which option after the bootleg installer runs. I know I downloaded the correct files, is it easier to download the music and then throw it in the ficedula files?

Hi SeraphimBahamut

Try to start the "FF7Config.exe" with admin rights. Select "Graphic", "sound" and "MIDI" and make the tests. That should hopefully fix some registry keys.

No, sorry it did not but looking in the folder there is only psf and nothing else. So it never installed the music, any suggestions?

I didn't use Covarr's installer but you have to download the Remastered OST separately (369 MB).

The installer should be downloading it automatically... but it doesn't. I swear I'm gonna fix that eventually.
