i just downloaded the bootleg0039 mods with the BFE and bootleg.exe, i downloaded the whole 20gb file for the mods and after the install i am not getting the music the soundtrack i chose was bootleg, the cut scenes that i chose also have some audio issues the opening scene is out of sync please tell me if there is a fix for this thank you

Hi evilbob

Covarr has an small error in its FF7Music.ini (within the ff7music_install_15113.exe)
Go to folder [gamedir]\Ficedula and open the file "ff7music.ini" with Notepad.
Search (in the [Setup] section) for the line

Paths=Custom_Music;OSTRe;FF7_PSF

and replace it with

Paths=Custom_Music\;OSTRe\;FF7_PSF\

But that does not help you with your graphics chip...
Some of the modifications are designed for OpenGL 2.0, your chip does not manage that!

find your app.log and post it
I suspect you haven't setup your sound driver or ff7 music properly

Your Intel video card cannot play a fully modded FF7.
At best you will experience sever lag during play.  The game may even crash.

Install the newest available driver for you video card.
The driver you have installed now doesn't even support OpenGL.
With a new driver, the game may run at a lower resolution in windowed mode.

A quick search shows the newest driver is 8.15.10.1930.
But I still don't think that card supports OpenGL 2.0 which is required for Aali's OpenGL driver.

Is Aali's Driver sound only?

Try opening up FF7Music, Click Configure, and fiddle around a bit. Click the Save button when you're finished, and then click Play from FF7Music. When I first played the game with Bootleg, I had no music as well. I can't remember what I did to solve it.

EDIT: I remember now that I had switched back to ff7music_install_15112.exe to get things working. Kompass63's solution fixes my past issue as well  :)

Hi evilbob

Covarr has an small error in its FF7Music.ini (within the ff7music_install_15113.exe)
Go to folder [gamedir]\Ficedula and open the file "ff7music.ini" with Notepad.
Search (in the [Setup] section) for the line

Paths=Custom_Music;OSTRe;FF7_PSF

and replace it with

Paths=Custom_Music\;OSTRe\;FF7_PSF\

But that does not help you with your graphics chip...
Some of the modifications are designed for OpenGL 2.0, your chip does not manage that!
