If I just want to get the taller-looking chars, which Bootleg mods do I use?

I have the 2012 FFVII, and have converted it with Kranmer's converter, followed all the tutorials, and I am now in Bootleg.

I was wondering a couple things that I wasn't able to find answers to by looking at FAQs.

1. How do you add additional mods to Bootleg that don't come with it?

2. Which mod gives you the "taller" main characters and NPCs, like what is shown at 6:16 in the following video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjyUb60eUPU

which mods would that be? I can't really think of any except the non-supported Kula ripoff

thats under the model department. Almost all the mods gives you some variant of that.
I think the one in the video is girmmy's cloud model with sword but not sure about it
it's fairly obvious which model is what in bootleg
they look there what they look like ingame
