FFVII Bootleg0038 doesn't work in windowed mode

Hi,

I'm trying to make FFVII work in windowed mode on my laptop. (Lenovo T410, Intel HD 3000, Win7 64bit)
I used Bootleg to install default mods.
In FF7config I set the custom driver.
In the  full screen the game works fine. In windowed mode, however, it fails to load correctly.
I get a message "OpenGL renderer appears to be Microsoft software... blah-blah"
I've updated my video driver but it didn't help.
Does anyone has a clue how to fix it?

Update the video card driver.
Unfortunately, the video card in that system is not entirely compatible with Bootleg.

I already update to the most latest driver from manufacturers website.
Is there a custom driver for Intel HD I can use?
